Automated Report Generation

Making weekly reports for our analysts was a regular and repetitive process for our graphic designers.

One of my first decisions as a design team lead was to switch to an automated process. An app based on ReactJS outputs report pages made with reusable components, styled with CSS media queries for print, and consequently saved to a PDF file using puppeteer, a headless version of Chromium browser.

Dwello CRM

In collaboration with Samantha Rodrigues, who was the very first intern I had the opportunity to mentor.

The redesign of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) was my first assignment as a senior designer and mentor.

A CRM system had been developed for Dwello’s sales team managing real estate deals with homebuyers. The design undertaking facilitated widespread adoption of CRM thanks to the resulting decomplexification.

The result was a more accessible system that helped Dwello recruit and train more sales executives and expand its operations to cities outside Mumbai, starting with Pune in 2019 and to Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru after two waves of the CoVID-19 pandemic.

The entire design consists of over 50 sections for the desktop site and mobile app each.

Dwello Assist

Dwello Assist is a financing platform that helps real estate developers easily connect with their customers to finance their home purchases. It comprises of a mobile app for homebuyers and a web portal for real estate developers.

Dwello.in Portal

The Dwello web portal for first-time home buyers was the very first project I had taken up in my post-academic career. It first started as a landing page for ad clicks and evolved into a feature packed product with continous updates with new features.

Dwello’s customers appreciate its services for the deep insights and transparency it offers. Lack of trustworthiness is a major issue in India’s real-estate market and home-buyers are overwhelmed by not only the sheer amount of research required prior to investing a large portion of their life savings. Dwello helps facilitating this by providing the necessary data so users can make an informed decision based on their needs.

Email Templates

I built multiple email templates for the platform, that had to be meticulously crafted to ensure visuals would be maintained, while meeting technical contraints set by the developers.

Maps

Being a real estate platform, I also created maps for localities to help customers and sales executives better understand localities, their services, major businesses and other landmarks. Here is an example of a map of Thane, a suburb of the Indian métropole, Mumbai.
